Pre-Order Information

  • For items available on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be noted on the product page.
  • Please note that all shipping timeframes (including express and standard shipping) are calculated from the date of dispatch. 
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (US/ Canada/ UK/ Ireland)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-8 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 72 hours, and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery estimates are between 5-15 business days, depending on your location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees.

Returns Policy

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  1. The return must be initiated and the item(s) posted within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be in their original packaging and in 'as new' condition, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer service at support@thecozydesk.com. Include a photo of the item(s) to assess their condition before shipping. If you are returning part of a bundle, the refund amount will reflect the current sale price of the retained items.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected.

Order Modifications

  • You can update your shipping address or other personal details within 90 minutes of placing your order. After this time, please contact customer service for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • For orders lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team to initiate an investigation. We offer covered shipping, which guarantees replacement if the courier confirms the loss.
